Raw material sourcing
All agricultural inputs originate from certified organic farms. Origin documentation is maintained for every lot. We do not substitute inputs from uncertified sources, regardless of price pressure.
Manufacturing process
Enzymatic hydrolysis and physical purification are the primary processing methods across the sweetener and starch lines. No acid hydrolysis. No sulfite bleaching. No synthetic additives introduced at any manufacturing stage.
GMP-compliant facilities
Production takes place in GMP-compliant facilities with documented process controls and regular third-party audits as required by our certification bodies.
Packaging and logistics
Products ship in 25 kg paper bags or 1,000 kg FIBCs, with appropriate moisture barriers and food-contact-compliant packaging materials. Custom packaging requirements can be discussed from the sampling stage.
