Dietary fiber

Dietary fiber is a part of plant-based foods, mainly through your digestive system, and will not be broken down or digested. There are two types of fiber: soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber is soluble in water and includes vegetable pectin and gum. Insoluble fiber is insoluble in water.

What we provide is soluble dietary fiber, including resistant dextrin, inulin, stachyose.
